O’Reilly’s is located in the Lamington National Park… 1 ˝ hours by road west of the Gold Coast. It is (3,000 feet) above sea level.
So if you plan a day trip you may need to leave early.
The Lamington National Park is home to a vast array of unique flora and fauna. Pademelons, gliders and possums, frogs and the amazing array of birdlife.
Many people head to the hinterland to view the glow worms.
The tree top walk is a great experience.
It consists 9 suspension bridges up to 15 metres off the ground. This walk is best completed early or late in the day.
This walk gives a bird's eye view of the forest canopy. There is a deck 30m off the ground in a tall fig tree is accessible by ladder, for those not scared of heights.
